As soon as we receive your order, we will immediately send you a confirmation by email. Your order is automatically forwarded to our warehouse in Solingen, where our dedicated logistics team gets to work processing it right away—with the same passion for environmental awareness and sustainability that is close to our hearts. Your order is carefully packed in a box made from recycled waste paper.
As soon as your package is handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a link to track your package.
Within Germany
- We offer free shipping on orders with a value of € 50 or more
- Orders under € 50 are charged € 3.90
- Free return shipping within 14 days of delivery (DHL label available upon request)
- Shipping within 1–3 business days
Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium
- We offer free shipping on orders with a value of € 60 or more
- Orders under € 60 are charged € 7
- Shipping within 4–5 business days
Switzerland
- We offer free shipping on orders with a value of € 60 or more
- Orders under € 60 are charged € 9
- Shipping within 4–5 business days
We currently do not ship to any other countries.
We ship 100% climate-neutrally with our partners at DHL Go Green.
