As soon as we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail immediately. Your order is automatically forwarded to our warehouse in Solingen, where our dedicated logistics team starts processing it directly – with the same passion for environmental awareness and sustainability that is also close to our hearts.
As soon as your package is handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a link to track your package.
Within Germany
- Free shipping for orders over € 40
- For orders under € 40, € 3.90 will be charged
- Free returns within 14 days of delivery if the order value is over 25 Euros (DHL label on request)
- Shipping within 1-3 business days
Austria, Netherlands, Belgium
- Free shipping for orders over € 60
- For orders under € 60, € 7 will be charged
- Shipping within 4-5 business days
Switzerland
- Free shipping for orders over € 60
- For orders under € 60, € 9 will be charged
