Terms and Conditions

1. General

The competition is organized by DraussenImFreien GmbH, and the winner will be notified by email or direct message on social media. DraussenImFreien GmbH also reserves the right to announce the competition in other media (e.g., on social media platforms). The competition ends at the time defined in the post. Changes to the competition will be announced in the same media where the post was published. Legal recourse is excluded.

2. Conditions of Participation

The minimum age for participation is 18 years. Participation is possible by fulfilling all the requirements mentioned in the post. Participation in the competition constitutes the participant's full agreement to the terms and conditions. Employees of DraussenImFreien GmbH are not permitted to participate. A prerequisite for participation is subscribing to the BIRKENSPANNER newsletter with a valid email address. Each person may participate in the competition once.

3. Prize

The prize to be won is the material prize mentioned in the post, whereby the material prize can also consist of a value or merchandise voucher for products, services, and retailers. Winners will be determined by random draw after the competition ends and will be notified via email, unless otherwise specified. Cash payment of prizes is excluded. Claims for specific characteristics of prizes that cannot be directly inferred from the wording of the competition do not exist. The prize can be redeemed until 31.12.2023.

4. Exclusion from Participation

Any user who attempts to falsify the result by technological means or otherwise will be immediately disqualified. Comments or messages that violate the guidelines of the social media platforms used will be removed without notice upon knowledge. Affected participants will be excluded from the competition. If the entry of an already determined winner is removed, this entry will be excluded from the competition and a new winner will be determined by random draw.

5. Right to Change

DraussenImFreien GmbH reserves the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue the competition at any time, without giving reasons and without one or more winners having been announced. In this case (before the regular end of the competition), no one will receive a prize.

6. Legal Regulations

By participating in the competition, participants accept the General Terms and Conditions and the data protection provisions of DraussenImFreien GmbH. Participants also agree that their personal data will be stored and processed by DraussenImFreien GmbH for the purpose of carrying out the competition, as well as for advertising purposes and for sending offers and information. Consent to the storage and processing of personal data can be revoked at any time via email to hello@birkenspanner.com.
The competition is not directly related to the social media platforms on which it is conducted and is therefore not sponsored or supported by them. The operators of the social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram, are not available as contact persons for the respective competition. Comments on social media platforms remain and can be publicly viewed until deleted by the commenting person.
